As an traditional Halloween event for young children, merchants in the Village will be giving out candy and treats. As the event is becoming increasingly popular, with large crowds of young children and their parents on the sidewalks and streets, the City of Arroyo Grande will be implementing special traffic control measures on Halloween.

(2) Nipomo Pumpkin Patch
50 different kinds of pumpkins available including giant Prizewinners and winter squash grown right on site. Whether you are looking for your standard type pumpkins for carving or looking for that super unique pumpkin that will make you the envy of the neighbor Nipomo Pumpkin Patch has it.

(3) Trick-or-Treating in the Village
The Village of Arroyo Grande presents Trick-or-Treating in the Village. A fun family event for all ages to come out, show off their costumes and Trick-or-Treat at local Merchant Shops.

(4) Avila Valley Barn Pumpkin Patch and Hay Rides
Although the website does not give all specific details, this is a great place for some fun family adventures and activities. They have a pumpkin patch, straw or hay bale maze, prepacked produce, gift shop, tractor pull-pulled hay rides, pony rides and a petting zoo.
