“Nearly 20 years ago, I went for a hike on the Biddle Ranch property. It was a beautiful spring morning—just after a storm—and the views in every direction were crystal clear.

I ended up on top of a magnificent hill overlooking the Arroyo Grande Valley. To the west was the endless blue of the Pacific, to the north were the outlines of the Seven Sisters of the Edna Valley and to the east was the wide expanse of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range. As I sat under an oak tree, and looked out over the patchwork of farms, I dreamed of the day I would build a house on that spot. My wife Johnine and I look forward making that dream come true for our family as well as yours.”
